I was greeted by a gentleman at work behind the counter. Within minutes my order was ready. Done correctly and at pick up counter I felt a great energy vibe coming from the lady who prepared my breakfast. Nice very clean and nicemusic.

The area where the cold drinks are located is consistently stick... read more I enjoy Panera, but this location needs either more staff or better management—or perhaps both. The area where the cold drinks are located is consistently sticky, and the iced tea often tastes stale and looks like it has been sitting out all night. The bathroom isn't always clean, and the interior could definitely use some maintenance. I find it puzzling that the Doral location, which is older, appears to be in better condition at times!

I'm not a fan of ordering from a touchscreen, but thankfully, I can still place my order at the counter. It feels a bit odd to collect my order from the crowded pickup window, but I guess it's meant to streamline things for the staff. Overall, thank you for a lovely evening!
