I was greeted by a gentleman at work behind the counter. Within minutes my order was ready. Done correctly and at pick up counter I felt a great energy vibe coming from the lady who prepared my breakfast. Nice very clean and nicemusic.

Once I get home I noticed she never gave me my debit card and I... read more Everything went great until the lady who rang me up hands me my receipt and keeps my debit card. Once I get home I noticed she never gave me my debit card and I got an extra charge as if someone used my card to buy themselves food. Thieves and fraud! Extremely angry and I will be speaking to corporate about this scenario.

I sparsely visit; I try to avoid this place at all cost because there’s ALWAYS a mix up in my order, or an item is missing, or they charged the wrong price without a discount or promotion they have. The food itself tastes okay, not much room to talk about the quality as most Panera’s maintain the same quality. The only significant comment on the food is that my last trip I noticed the apple had spoiled. The staff provided an extra side for the inconvenience, but still an honest observation about my latest trip and my experience with this location overall.

The area where the cold drinks are located is consistently sticky, and the iced tea often tastes stale and looks like it has been sitting out all night. The bathroom isn't always clean, and the interior could definitely use some maintenance. I find it puzzling that the Doral location, which is older, appears to be in better condition at times!

I'm not a fan of ordering from a touchscreen, but thankfully, I can still place my order at the counter. It feels a bit odd to collect my order from the crowded pickup window, but I guess it's meant to streamline things for the staff. Overall, thank you for a lovely evening!
