Excellent service!! They are always smiling, nice and in good mood service is fast.. fresh..It is cozy and feels like you are at home. My favorite: Broccoli Cheddar soup/ Napa Almond Chicken S/w with chips

The customer service was very friendly and attentive! We appreciated the front desk staff's positive attitude; they were really sweet! However, when it came time to sit down, we were unsure where to go—not due to crowds, but because the tables were quite dirty and the chairs were sticky! I can’t even begin to describe the mess under the booth tables and seats! Eww! Panera, what’s happening? On a positive note, the Cinnabon was delicious!
I'm uncertain how long the cream cheese has been there. I think I should reach out to Florida Health Food Safety and Sanitation.
