The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and provide swift service. Every dish I’ve ordered has been tasty and satisfying. The Peruvian fusion menu offers a variety of delightful choices, perfect for a quick lunch or a more leisurely dinner. Highlights include the chaofas, risotto, and fried rice, and there's even a great kids’ menu, making it very family-friendly. Its prime location in Brickell is a definite plus, and valet parking is available at The Plaza, just a quick 30-second walk to the restaurant. The manager cam... read more However, during my visit today, when I asked for just the vegetables, the employee at the register said he needed to check if that was possible. The manager came over, and when I explained my request, she responded quite rudely, stating that the vegetables cost more than the rice and fries that usually accompany the meal. She insisted that I had to either accept it as is or have it plain. I then asked if I could order a different dish I had enjoyed in the past with vegetables, but she curtly informed me that she would have to pay more for the veggies compared to rice and beans. In the end, I ended up paying an additional $5 for the vegetables. Interestingly, my friend, who ordered at a different register, was able to get his meal with veggies and a salad without any extra charge. It just doesn't make sense.
