Normal food afair for zoos but was a better quality than most. They offer other items than the standard burger and chicken strips, which is nice. The salad was fresh, and the delie wrap was a nice change over a burger. There is plenty of seating under the main polopa and additional seating around the area.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Oscar H doesn't like about Oasis Grill:
By far the worse customer service I've had in a while. I was literally waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come out from the back and say I was getting Punkd. The girl working the register had an attitude the whole time she was taking the order and then she cashed me out and as I was waiting for my food she tried to get smart with me and ask me if I ordered and I said yes and she tried to make me go and pay and I literally... Food was a 5/10. I've had much worse. I don't like how all the condiments are out in the open and I say many squirrels and birds linking and eating from the condiments section. Who knows what diseases they carry. Big no. Love the modern was of ordering your food. Fast and easy.
Amazing chicken fingers and fries. Seriously surprised
Come with low expectations and you 'll be just OK as the food is just average, the service is way below average. It 's like someone is forcing the staff to work. What a weird vibe. Waited in line for a bottle of water, staff can 't manage the line, its pretty much whoever jumps ahead first, a zoo is a good description. When the issue was brought up to the manager he simply instructed us to wait in line. Was this the gorilla viewing site? Big businesses/establishments letting poor managers run the busiest windows of interactions. Terrible...
It's always highway robbery when you go to the places to eat at these venues. I paid $15 for Frozen not fresh hamburger that was sitting out fries were good at least. It's a lot of money to go to the zoo. You can spend a hundred bucks for two people to get in and get a couple drinks and something to eat. It's a little too expensive. And that's why I only go once every decade.
I took my niece to Zoo Miami (Metro Zoo) and after playing in the splash pad for an hour we decided to have lunch. The closest eatery is the Oasis Grill. The food is your typical theme park basics like chicken, pizza and burgers but it did not disappoint. I ordered her a cheese pizza and myself a cheeseburger and fries. The food was actually really good the burger was very simple but delicious. My niece ate all her pizza which is impressive because she is a picky eater. Also the staff was very nice and accommodating.
