We ordered 90 minutes before our planned pick-up time, yet we still had to wait over 20 minutes at the takeout counter to receive our food. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you're looking for quick service.

Every week, we like to try something new from their menu to find our favorites. Quality Chinese food in Miami can be hard to come by, but Mr Chef’s truly delivers!

Additi... read more The customer service at Mr Chef's was extremely poor. I ordered wontons from the menu but was served crab rangoons instead, which was very disappointing. Additionally, my spicy eggplant dish arrived without the steamed white rice that should have been included. The BBQ spare ribs were dry and lacked freshness. I won’t be coming back, and neither will any of my friends.

Despite tipping 20% on a takeout order, I didn’t receive any acknowledgment or a simple thank you. When eating in, the service was slow, and we had to request the bill several times. Overall, the restaurant falls short in courtesy and hospitality.
