Great Mediterranean restaurant! Nice ambianceWe had some of their dips, which were all great.
We went to Mina's to celebrate my 40th birthday along with my best friend We had a big group of about 10.
This place is a Miami gemThe food here is good and a sensational blast of many many subtle flavors.
Our second visit here and the food and service was probably better than before and it was great the 1st time . Our waiter Juan was very attentive and visible to our needs at all times. We're only disappointed that we didn't find this gem sooner. I think we'll keep this place a secret.
Love the food and vibe at Mina's but the service is very unpredictable and disjointed. The service team seems large (servers, bus people, and expediters) but they do not seem to be working together. The staff is all very nice but on every occasion we have ended up waiting for something, entrees come out 20 minutes apart, can't get our server when we are ready for the check, etc. On the last visit, we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks, which arrived after our appetizers. Only then did we find out that the bartender was off and another server took over for him. We have also learned not to order apps, salad, and entree at the same time, otherwise all of the food will come out at once. We will continue to visit Mina's but it would be great if the service was on par with the excellent food.
