Never received bad customer service like this. Lady with black hair that works the night shift. Not one thank you, you?re welcome or even a smile. To the lady, So very sorry that you?re employed and making money while others are not. View all feedback.
The food was piping hot, which is essential for fast food. It was delicious.
The service is usually quick with minimal wait times. Occasionally there may be longer waits, but the staff is always friendly. The only downside is that the parking lot can be difficult to navigate.
Went to this McDonald’s tonight. First thing I noticed was the gentleman that was taking my order in the drive through was super nice. When I went to the 1st window to pay I realized it was the manager! We had an issue with my coupon and he was extremely helpful and made me feel more comfortable. I could tell he works great under pressure when I saw the line of cars behind me! Meal was great too, thanks so much!
For the most part they 've got very 'acceptable service '......to be completely honest nothing crazy 'amazing or disturbing ' but our order was actually completely correct, which was a bit of a surprise for us and the time that we had decided to get food ' but all in all I 've honestly Never had 'Too Much of an 'ISSUE ' at least at this specific McDonald 's
One of the manager old guy , is to hyper, argue with a customer. some times slow due to they care more about Getting rewards having the fastest D T. in Florida.
