Description

Located conveniently for travelers, this airport café offers a blend of experiences that are as varied as its menu. While some patrons were disappointed by dry muffins and inconsistently prepared sandwiches, others praised the friendly staff and prompt service. The coffee options, including alternative milks and flavored syrups, received high marks, providing a delightful surprise for airport fare. Some staff approached COVID-19 protocols carelessly, but the café gleamed with promise, showcasing appealing baked goods. Overall, while inconsistencies exist, dedicated staff and decent pricing make it a worthy stop for hungry travelers at Miami Airport.

Person at the register was wearing his face mask as a chin warmer … mouth and nose were exposed (clearly violating airport rules. When I said something about wearing his mask properly, he said “I just have to wear it”. Ridiculous and flaunting the intent of the policy.

Absolutely the best service ever! They really went above and beyond for my mother, who has a gluten allergy, even taking care of my coffee! I can't wait to return!

I paid ten bucks for a ham and cheese sandwich on a Croissant roll. It looked NOTHING like the sample in the showcase. The sandwich in the case had lots of cheese and the one that I got had less than 1/4 of the cheese that was on the display model. I literally had to remove all the ham (there was plenty of that) to find the smidgen of cheese that was under it. They DID make me a new one when I took it back and complained, but I should never have had to do that. They should have never given such a poor excuse of a sandwich to a paying customer. They probably figure they can get away with serving subpar items because their customers are stuck in an airport with few options. Having said all that, they do have some good looking baked goods at decent prices.

With a very convenient location this cafe provides service to Spririt and Southwest travellers. The service is good. The staff makes an effort to serve fast. The line is not that long and totally worth it. The coffee is really good, however they may need to incorporate products for people on keto diet or at least any low carbs choice. I couldn't find anything that fits my lifestyle. The experience was good.
