Absolutely the best service ever! They really went above and beyond for my mother, who has a gluten allergy, even taking care of my coffee! I can't wait to return! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Guava Java:
dreadful experience, muffin was dry I almost crocheted on her, good that child white cpr or I would not have made my flight home! Don't let me start on smoothie, she took 15 minutes before she even knew I ordered it! talk about a break! View all feedback.
The line was quite long, but the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food and pastries looked absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable too. The coffee was cheaper than Starbucks, and they offered a wide variety of options, including almond and soy milk. They also had several flavors of Torani syrups available, including caramel, chocolate, vanilla, and sugar-free vanilla. I was truly impressed with the quality of the food and coffee for an airport venue.
Person at the register was wearing his face mask as a chin warmer … mouth and nose were exposed (clearly violating airport rules. When I said something about wearing his mask properly, he said “I just have to wear it”. Ridiculous and flaunting the intent of the policy.

Do not get the drip coffee get the cuban one. Guava danish was extremely soft. Would get a 4 stars for price but it's in the airport
I paid ten bucks for a ham and cheese sandwich on a Croissant roll. It looked NOTHING like the sample in the showcase. The sandwich in the case had lots of cheese and the one that I got had less than 1/4 of the cheese that was on the display model. I literally had to remove all the ham (there was plenty of that) to find the smidgen of cheese that was under it. They DID make me a new one when I took it back and complained, but I should never have had to do that. They should have never given such a poor excuse of a sandwich to a paying customer. They probably figure they can get away with serving subpar items because their customers are stuck in an airport with few options. Having said all that, they do have some good looking baked goods at decent prices.
