I might get his name wrong, but I think it's Jasis. He did an amazing job. We'll definitely be back!

The portions are generous, so you definitely leave feeling satisfied, and the customer service is excellent—truly some of the best I've encountered.

There was no communication from the staff. Even though we were a table of four, we only received three drinks and three sets of silverware, and we had to flag down a server whenever we needed something. It took 30 minutes for our food to arrive. My $20 medium burger came out overcooked and dry. The Caesar salad was excessively drenched in dressing. Although the bill included a 15% gratuity, this was not communicated to us by any signs or staff members. Given the lack of service, a 30% tip would not be warranted, so be sure to check the bill carefully. It felt like there was no management presence, and the establishment seems to need help. I cannot recommend this place.

The ribs were tough, almost like shoe leather, and the prime rib lacked any flavor. However, the pasta and salmon were outstanding. On the bright side, Javier and Yulimon are exceptional servers.
