What User doesn't like about Enrique Tomas Miami:
we had a reservation around 17 clock, arrived on time and restaurant was closed because they did not personal. ask us to wait outside and come back later after we waited 20min, we came back and the doors were closed. View all feedback.
They had an event before the night. So for lunch on a Sunday they had no barman, not enough waiter, etc. the people did their best, but in any case, if they don't have enough staff, they should not open. the service was very bad, but because of the lack of people.
Absolutely great new spot in Wynwood, bigger that it looks from the outside, beautiful garden in the back, service and food were amazing even when they had few servers for many tables. Perfect for date night or group of friends to share tapas. Their version of the Caesar salad must try!Definitely will come back.
Our first time dining here and chose this restaurant because I love Spanish cuisine so decided to come here for our NYE's dinner. Loved the interiors and reception was attentive although I didn't get the table I wanted which was a corner or booth table. They seated us in a high table in the main dining hall. Also disappointed that they did not have Spanish Cava which we wanted to order. The best option was a light sparkling rose which was enjoyable enough with the dishes we ordered. For starters we had the croquetas de Jamon mushrooms were yummy and served very quickly. The Jamon Jabugo de Bellota served with pan de tomate was delicious too. The house steak specialties we ordered the Secreto and Solomillo were both nicely plated, tender and well seasoned. The Crispy Lechon was disappointing as it wasn't really crispy and pork meat texture was overcooked.
We had a reservation for 5 PM and arrived on time, but the restaurant was closed due to staffing issues. We were asked to wait outside and return later. After waiting 20 minutes, we came back, only to find the doors still locked.
Both the jamón and paella were outstanding, and the service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. This is a fantastic new restaurant with genuine Spanish charm.
