I Personally an from Boston and I love Ems Chinese restaurant it really reminds me of chinese food from back home which is hard to find here in Miami my favorit... read more I Personally an from Boston and I love Ems Chinese restaurant it really reminds me of chinese food from back home which is hard to find here in Miami my favorite us the beef lomein and veggies with a side order of crab ragoon the reason for the 4 star rating is the crab ragoon is fried perfectly but it needs to be way more creamier and cheesier the amount of crab is stuffed but has no taste if the added like a sweeter cream cheese and add that to their crab ragoon filling it would be banging i order crab ragoon no matter what chinese food restaurant I go to its a must for me and so im a crab ragoon critic from Boston to Miami lol nosa but frfr dont be fooled by the lil shack Ems is great their white rice is flavorful and fluffy and actually comes with an order if lo-mein and the person who served wish I got his name was kind enough to advise me of that and offered my free white rice which I appreciated and he also was very pleasant he stated 15 mins when I arrived at the window my food was ready I am also a chef so I hope they consider adding more creamy sweeter cheese to their crab ragoon and some salt and i would have given a five star bc everything thing else was hot fresh and perfect

I also thoroughly enjoyed the chicken lo mein noodles, cooked to perfection with just the right texture and savory sauce. The ham fried rice was equally satisfying.
