The service was excellent and a very good attention , really the place is very nice and cozy , the decor and the atmosphere make you feel good , the walls with... read more The service was excellent and a very good attention , really the place is very nice and cozy , the decor and the atmosphere make you feel good , the walls with drawings on Cuba , the shapes of the seats the strut the shape of the windows that help you to interact visually with the outside too , it is really a wonderful place. I liked it very much !!! The food I ordered was not with the highest quality but I understand , it is not the preference of the house and also the schedule , we ordered other dishes and we could see that they really have very rich dishes for tourists .

Nelly’s service was amazing! The food was amazing! The coffee was amazing! The mojito was amazing! Large portions and reasonably priced!

Came here to enjoy some Cuban coffee and food to find hair in my food. When I brought it to the waitress attention she didn?t even apologize and said she would... read more Came here to enjoy some Cuban coffee and food to find hair in my food. When I brought it to the waitress attention she didn?t even apologize and said she would get someone else to come and talk to me. Another lady then came and asked me what the problemwas which I then showed her the hair, again no apology and she took the food the hair was on and asked if I wanted another one!Really?!? No after seeing hair in my food I don?t want this food. So she then went to the manager which then came over and justgrabbed our plates forms us very rudely and didn?t say anything just walked away. We never got an explanation nor an apology. Wewere willing to pay for the rest of what we ordered but I wasn?t paying for my meal which I only took 3 bites of it before Inoticed the hair. We then ask where do we pay and in the middle of the restaurant he?s loud telling us no don?t pay for it. Withhis hand in the air like he?s brushing us off and walks away. It was the most embarrassing and humiliating experience I?ve everhad at a restaurant. I couldn?t believe we were treated this way over a mistake on their behalf. Never visiting this placeagain. Check your food before you eat!
