El Parador Food By The Pound - Miami

The restaurant looks fantastic! I haven't tried my meal yet, but I'm confident it's going to be delicious. I just had to come here and leave a review for these wonderful people. As someone who doesn't speak Spanish, they made my experience feel very comfortable. This is such a contrast to the similar place down the block, El Palacio, where they lack respect for customers, especially if you don't speak the language. I've been in the area for a while and often passed by this spot, but it's truly the gem of the neighborhood. The staff is respectful, the prices are reasonable, and the food quality looks amazing—I just know it tastes great!

Today was a mix of good and bad experiences. They served us meat that looked unappetizing, and despite our concerns, they didn't reach out or offer to replace it. I wouldn't recommend going there.

It was amazing!!!!!!! The owners are professional and the chef cooks phenomenal. So glad I chose El Parador for my event.

Great place to get cooked meat. They are adding too much salt to picadillo but they usually cook neutral taste. Not spicey. Way cheaper than Whole foods. Don't buy their fish except salmon.

First time I went the, was to get 7lbs of Maduro and it was fantastic. Second time, the Maduro were cold, the pork chunks was over cooked, dry and very salty, the boiled potatoes were very salty.
