I came in for an avocado toast and a black coffee. I was charged for biscuit and when asked for a refund because I didn?t order that,the cashier gave me a receipt for a dozen of donuts and refunded 5.99. She asked me to swipe my card for the refund andwhen I look at both receipts.. I was charged 5.99 twice. In addition to being charged extra, the cashier was rude. Will neverorder from there again.
Get new employees how is there no donuts and your not willing to make anything at 2pm because you close at 3? Just change the hours of operation to close at 2pm. I bet whoever owns this branch would not approve
The pumpkin donut holes were fresh and tasty! The young woman was friendly, and the place was well-kept and clean.
THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO CORPORATE. As a delivery driver, They need to MOVE FASTER handing out online orders. Why did i wait here for ≈53 minutes for an order that I Can visibly see is already ready to go?! Employees have NO sense of urgency. MOVE FASTER!!!!! Then, I had to pay $5 to get out of the parking garage because I surpassed my free 30 minutes. I LOST money and time dealing with this location! REPORT THEM TO CORPORATE. Something must be done about this. They need a REAL manager.
Worst service I ever had. The servant Anjanette I got her name from the receipt I)was gross and unfriendly . I’m sorry but she should never work in front of any customer , ever. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
