Food is always fast. Sometimes not perfect, but app is easy to use and they save my info. Cheaper than papa John's and more choices. I'm not driving to little ceasars. Right now dominos wins. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Was earlier good, now? for the third time? ve received pizza without garlic on the crust (this is my only reason for ordering dominos to another place), and on an occasion the BTH pizza was missed on half the cakes. I sent my comments, but I didn't get an answer. Looking for another place to deliver to my address, I ordered for picking up from the one near the cases and it was SO MUCH BETTER. Very uncomfortable that... View all feedback.
Since I can't leave a new review, I'm updating my original one from six months ago. This place is simply awful. They never add garlic to the crust, and they mess up our online orders every single time. They consistently forget the toppings I pay for, and worse, they make substitutions without even calling to let me know. We don’t order jalapeños because our kids don’t like them, yet somehow they still manage to sneak them into our food. To top it off, they’ve removed their store phone number from the internet, and I had to find it through a survey. Even when I do manage to call to correct my order, no one ever answers. The owner of this franchise needs to reconsider their operations, as they clearly don’t adhere to the same service standards and protocols as other locations. Six months ago, I mentioned their terrible customer service—it’s still the same. I can hardly ever reach someone by phone, and when I do, they often have a bad attitude. There are days when I can’t get anyone to help with payments that can’t be made online.
Horrible pizza, Horrible service. No garlic on crust, cold pizza, wrong order. I ask for a cheese pizza not a greasy undercooked pepperoni pizza. I called but was on hold for 20 minutes and decided to take the L. Worst domino's ever
When I called to place an order, the employee who answered seemed to have no knowledge of the menu or prices. It was as if he didn’t even work there. Every time I asked a question, he had to put me on hold to find the answer. He was completely unaware of their $6.99 medium pizzas, and didn’t know about the various toppings or prices. It was a disappointing experience! However, despite all of this, the pizza turned out to be decent—not fantastic, but acceptable. Unfortunately, they did forget one ingredient and skimped on the extra toppings I paid for. As for parking? Don’t even bother; it’s very limited and difficult to find.
This is quite literally the worst dominos I?ve ever had to order from, one time they just never delivered my order after 2 hours I had to go pick it up they wanted to act like I never order, I had the right store, I had the right phone number everything. To add on that I could see my pan pizza with wings on the shelf? Another occasion I went to pick up my order becauseI don?t trust deliveries from here anymore, they told me order wasn?t ready just to wait there another extra 30 minutes thenhave them tell me it had been sitting there on the self. Honestly the lack of desire to work is unbelievable I understand theyaren?t making much money this using their careers but come on at least some desire to be OKAY at their jobs. It?s honestlyembarrassing this is the standard dominos is working with nowadays.
Additionally, I noticed that nobody answered the phone when I tried to place an order, and all the employees, including management, seemed more occupied with their phones than helping customers. To top it off, they were playing inappropriate music while families with children were present. I've been a loyal customer of this Domino's since it first opened, but I've seen a significant decline in quality and service. I'm honestly surprised it's still in business.
