If you have questions about the food, maybe they expect you to read the surprisingly generous reviews online. Or maybe they expect you to pull up ChatGPT and ask it what it thinks.For this total absence of customer service, they will automatically add a 20% gratuity. I did ask a staff member if that could be removed and they said it could not without a manager, and no manager was working. I asked if they received the tip and they said no, they thought it went to the owners. Wow.The sandwich is essentially a Chick-fil-A. It's easy to see why some restaurants go out of business so quickly. Will not be back.

In the heart of the fashion/design district of Miami lies this high end food court in which 'COOP ' can be found. I may not have been able to afford anything else in the district but I surely spent my limited funds wisely when choosing to eat at COOP! The chicken was crispy but not dry and the waffles were soft and sweet. The Parmesan truffle fries were delectable and as is my custom I put hot sauce on everything! High quality meal for economical prices allowed me to coincidentally take in some amazing views while searching the district for this location. The service was excellent as well, 10/10 would recommend.

She made up weird lies when I asked to substitute a type of cheese that the menu clearly saidthey have. When I pointed that out she rolled her eyes and said ?We have a lot of orders right now and I don?t want to createmore work for him,? gesturing to the guy making the food. Girl? more work by grabbing one slice of cheese over another? Justvery weird to, like, die on that hill. I?m sure the owner would be disappointed to know that our whole party got lunch somewhereelse because the counter girl felt put upon over one slice of cheese.
