I double check my order I'm confident that I did not order my son's ice cream with hairs. Had to throw it out. Not just one hair but as if the ice cream went to the barber shop and swept the floor. View all feedback.

Great service and great shakes. it didn't try anything else, but I think it's okay, what I heard.
Ordered online, went to pick up the order about 45 minutes later and when I get there they still hadn’t even started preparing my order, so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to make it. When I got home and opened the bag, there were only 3 out of the 4 ice creams I ordered, and on top of that they mixed up the sizes. I called them to ask for a refund and the girl on the phone pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. I called back twice and nobody picked up. I understand these mistakes happen from time to time but this was just extremely unprofessional and I will never go back to this location again.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 ice creams to get delivered and I’m not sure how the employees managed to give me both ice creams with multiple LONG hairs in them but that was absolutely disgusting.
