What Eladio Roca doesn't like about Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas:
I had a truly disappointing experience at the movie theater while watching Oppenheimer. The service was abysmal; the reclining seat was malfunctioning, my seat 's service button didn 't work, and the bathroom door was broken and couldn 't be locked. Despite the excellent movie, the terrible service overshadowed everything. Not only were the staff unfriendly, but they also took forever to take and deliver orders, leav... View all feedback.
My husband and I went recently and we had a wonderful experience! Very comfortable seats, very intimate. We loved the bar where we hang out before our movie. We also loved the in dining service. I highly recommend!

The concept for this theatre is excellent. When it first opened, it did feel like luxury with the fantastic reclining comfy seats, to-your-seat delivery of delcious food and drinks, easy ticket purchase on line or at one of the many on site kiosks and a full service bar. However, I have had to downgrade from 5 star to 4 stars due to the theater's inability to maintain the intended level of luxury. Over the past 2 years, many of the reclining seats have stopped functioning, and you won't know until you arrive. Perhaps they should discount those seats, but then what happened to the idea of luxury? The restrooms are high-tech. They felt wonderful at the outset. Now they regularly are out of toliet paper, the toliet seats are sliding sideways off the bowl, and the paper towel dispensers are empty. There are so many high-end touches in the design of the theatre that I love, like the full bar, the small room design theatres, and the Braille wall plaques. However, it's hard to enjoy the parking lot handicap accessible elevator if it does not work. It's embarrassing to find indignant, entitled teenagers in your pre-purchased seats that are scamming the system to get free movies. I will be back, but I am prepared for less than luxury now.

Despite the excellent movie, the terrible service overshadowed everything. Not only were the staff unfriendly, but they also took forever to take and deliver orders, leaving me waiting for my order for a frustrating 40 minutes during the show. To top it off, the prices were outrageously high, with a $19 cheeseburger and a $10 medium popcorn, neither of which were listed on their website. This experience left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. ?
We came to watch barbie here, we ordered food before the movie 15 mins before the movie even started. as the movie begun, people started getting their food and no one came up to us with our drinks or food or even with an update. an hour into the two hour movie, basically everyone had food and we still hadn’t received our food. we asked one of the kind waiters and they had no idea about our order. and another 20 mins go by and still nothing, we had to leave the theater to see what was even happening and then be notified that our food wasn’t even gonna come. this is 100% unacceptable! i understand if there were issues in the kitchen, but no one had the idea to notify us. ruined the experience.
