We ordered the fish tacos, which come three to an order on soft flour tortillas. They were fresh, flavorful, and had a generous portion. The combination of the fresh cabbage and tomato toppings was perfect. Next, we tried the Lomo Saltado, which is simply the best combination ever. It will make your taste buds go wild! It’s served with a delicious twist of mofongo, which is soft, creamy, and absolutely delectable. As for the Lomo, the meat was tender, moist, and perfectly seasoned. And let’s talk about the portions! Finally, delicious food served in generous amounts. The ceviche mixto was bright and zesty, flavorful with lemon, onions, cilantro, and exceptionally delightful. This is not just a food truck; it's like having a piece of heaven on wheels!

The quesadillas here are incredible! I've tried them all, including the mixed one, and they are absolutely delicious! You can't go wrong with this restaurant at all! It's a true gem within the Lincoln Eatery. By the way, if you're a fan of lemonade, you'll love theirs made with freshly squeezed limes!
