This location is always packed. Customer service is great. For breakfast I get the chick fil A minis and they are delicious. The biscuits are brushed with honey so is a sweet taste. Also, their signature sauce is fire. View all feedback.
What Lola James doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
If you want to wait more than 30 min in a drive thru, this is the place for you!!! The drive thru lane splits at a certain point. The car I was originally behind went to the left lane and is probably home by now and I’m in the right lane which has not moved since Jesus walked the Earth. View all feedback.
As always very busy. Food is good except the potatoes overcooked
Never have I ever been to a bad chic fil a. Out of all the locations I’ve ever been to and I love chic fil a, this is the worst. They always mess up your order and if you’re going through the drive thru there’s always something missing and they’re always rushing you to move move move and not even get what you’re missing. This place is always packed and horrible structure and organization. I have also pick up inside and put that I was there as I was on my way there (30min drive) and then I get there and the funny part is that it’s still not ready or it’s ready but you still have things missing. The other chic fil a locations really need to train this one.
I received my order, it was delivered and it came looking straight out of the dumpster. The boxes beat up, the quality of the food look so disgusting and in overall was a terrible experience. To make matters worse, going to Chick-Fil-A to find a solution of the situation was a waste of time and gas. The manager at the store was been so unreasonable, stubborn and wouldn’t listen. My complain was the quality and how disgusting it look and he was constantly fighting saying that they are not responsible with the delivery. If he would have pay attention and actually listen, the complain was about the quality, one of my family members took a bite and she was disgusted. It was a terrible experience but the manager kept been stubborn and just focusing on the boxes coming in all beat up, constantly saying they are not responsible. No giving moment the complain was about the boxes, it was about the quality of the food. Is that how they present their food? Looking like it was taken out of the dumpster? But the manager kept arguing they are not responsible over the delivery of how the boxes look. His lack of listening and how stubborn he was, shows how much he lacks in professionalism, training and how incompetent he is at his job. Don’t waste your time and gas and even worst trying to reason with a stubborn manager. I hope he gets a billion of trainings on how to be a manager and how to actually deal with customer service. If you made it to the manager on lacking in all those fields shows that you didn’t work hard to earned that position.
I come to this Chick-fil-A all the time and usually I let it slide but today's the final straw. Why is it so hard to get my order correct(probably the 4th time) , today they forgot to put my fries and made my sons sweet tea an unsweetened tea. Yeah I should check but come on, it's not that complicated. The phone numbers on your voicemail. Do not answer text or call. The number doesn't even work. You cannot reach anybody if you have a problem with your order.
Pretty decent breakfast for a fast food place. The sausage biscuit, breakfast burrito, and yogurt parfait never disappoint.
