I wa... read more This checker is very slow in unprofessional. I went there to the delivery in not even someone opened the window to serve me, but constantly playing around. I waited 30 long minutes to cancel my doordash delivery for poor n lack of service.

It’s the only place open this late… and I was hungry. That’s where the good part ends. I waited over 30 minutes in line for a single cheeseburger, small fries,... read more It’s the only place open this late… and I was hungry. That’s where the good part ends. I waited over 30 minutes in line for a single cheeseburger, small fries, and small soda. It was over $7. For dollar menu items. The staff was doing their best and I don’t want the blame to be placed on them. But 30+ minutes… in a drive thru.. it just doesn’t make sense. I might as well have driven further for better quality. It would’ve made more financial sense. Yet, I chose the “cheap” option. Just drive somewhere else and save yourself the time you’ll otherwise spend twiddling your thumbs in the Checkers drive thru. Honestly, unless. Food sucked too. No positives here. Not worth it.

He listened and helped me with my o... read more I visited this location on a Monday evening. I used the takeout window and Chris took my order. He was friendly and patient. He listened and helped me with my order. I received my order quickly with everything as requested. Chris went above and beyond to help and serve. And ontop of it THEY HAVE AMAZING FRIES! I highly recommend the loaded fries they are delicious and the funnel cake fries ! I think this place is definitely worth a trip. It's a fast food place like any other but there's kindness inside there and that's who I want to eat food from! Kind people thanks Chris for managing a great store and setting a wonderful example for your crew!!! (I think it's fair to say that this location probably deals with a lot of shenanigans but this is an honest review of my experience)

One person ki... read more I waited 30 mins at the walk up window to place an order. During this time, I saw many people were waiting ahead of me for their food to come out. One person kindly told them he had been waiting 45 minutes and needed to get back to work. We was cursed atand yelled at that he had to wait. He reacted poorly after this but the lady inside was pretty rude to him. Next guy hadfinished his drink while waiting for his food so asked for a refill; the lady said they don?t do that and closed the window. Heknocked on the window and calmly told her that he would pay for another drink then. She seemed to want to tell him no again forsome reason. Then I get my food and drink with no issues but I notice there?s been someone waiting much longer than I. He wasan UberEats driver that didn?t speak English well. I had seen him attempt to show her his phone several times while I was thereand she kept dismissing him. Being a Spanish speaker, I was happy to translate and I told her that this person has been waitinga long time and even I got my food before him. She said he has to wait because he was UberEats and not her priority until shefinishes all of their other customers (the never-ending line waiting to order at the walk up window and the line of cars comingthrough drive thru). After waiting a little longer and having someone call the checkers location to no avail, he decided tocancel the order. I completely understand being short-staffed and overwhelmed but there was no need to be rude or discriminate/take advantage of someone that speaks a different language. Oh and also someone had placed an order through the drive thru butwhen he got to the window, it didn?t process and they made him go back around to re-order and wait behind the line of cars thathad since formed. He ended up just driving away.

Wai... read more Checker?s is normally amazing, I?m a frequent visitor, and an avid fan! This particular venue is the pits. The staff are just the rudest I have experienced. Waited over 15 minutes at the window, staff knew customers were there but chose to ignore them,it was 11am, and quiet at the time. Check out the photos of the outdoor dining area. Staff just don?t care!! I would do yourbest to avoid. Go to a different Checker?s.
