Fantastic location, always delicious, and a spotless atmosphere.
The burger took a long time to arrive, and we were the only ones ordering at that moment. The grilled onions and buns were cold, as if they had just come out of the refrigerator. We decided to return them and ask for a refund.
I did receive my refund, but I noticed I was shorted $2. The same man explained that was for the Coke we had while waiting for our burgers. If the owner happens to read this, please understand that a successful business relies on repeat customers. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I don’t plan to return. After leaving, I drove to Burger King and enjoyed a warm Double Whopper and a Big Mac with the same condiments—they were delicious. The behavior of the man at your restaurant was off-putting and could drive your business into the ground. There was no apology or attempt to make things right; he merely processed my refund while casually whistling and smirked when mentioning the charge for the disappointing Coke.
