I received a double instead of a single, was missing onions, under sauced, the wrong sauce for the fries, and possibly the wrong cheese as well. And the replacement was severely under sauced it looked like 2 teaspoons of sauce i had to eat it in a hurry and it costs 10 bucks!? He belittled me and treated me like a fool for not wanting the incorrect food, turned around while saying something under his breath, and slammed the food into the trash he also ignored me talking to him before. I've worked the in the food service industry for years and ate dog **** but not once did i think to treat anyone badly.Sir, did you forget i was a customer that paid 20 bucks for a burger and fries?? Leave your issues at home, do your job, consider others and BE NICE! Your behavior was disgusting. It's a shame there are so little locations because I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO BURGERFI

I loved the all day breakfast burger (which they no longer have) but the General Manager Leslie was so helpful when I came in and helped me order a burger with toppings close enough to the burger I wanted. The fries are freshly fried and delicious. All in all I got three burgers and one fry for 40 dollars. Not bad when a fast food burger chain charges almost nine dollars for one of their bigger burgers. Definitely recommend coming in and ordering it fresh versus using a food delivery service and getting the burger thirty minutes later. It made a huge difference in flavor.
