When I called the Burgerfi location, I was advised to contact Grubhub for a refund, which turned out to be a quick and straightforward process. After receiving my refund, I placed my order again, and the general manager, Tim, got in touch with me to let me know he would personally ensure my order was correct before it left the restaurant. Mistakes can happen, but it's the effort to go above and beyond for customers that deserves a 5-star review! Thank you for the excellent customer service, Tim!

The burgers are delicious gourmet, with a great variety on the menu. The burgers are crafted from 100% Angus beef. Beside beef they serve veggie burgers, grilled chic ken sandwich, cut fries and hot dogs. Serving shakes, sodas, craft beer and wine. Sides include fries, onion rings and combination of both. There is a kids menu also. Great tasting burgers.
