I've been a loyal customer for a long time and have ordered from them weekly. I've always requested their shakes without milk due to my dietary restrictions, but in the past few weeks, I've received them twice with milk. Instead of apologizing for these mistakes, they told me that even if I leave a note saying ‘no milk’, I need to specify what kind of milk to avoid, since they add condensed milk. They suggested that I should just know that ‘no milk’ actually means milk with them. This is the most absurd excuse I’ve ever heard.
