I took my wife and 4 friends to Ayesha’s as a birthday present for my wife. We are non-Indians who love Indian cuisine so we’re mostly exposed to Indian food from restaurants, not home-cooked. Ayesha walked us through her focus on fresh and organic ingredients from the meat to the spices. It really came out in the cooking and it was hands down the best Indian food we’ve had.
