The dishes showcased the head chef’s Cuban-American roots blended with his French culinary training, creating flavors that are beyond words. You really have to taste them for yourself to appreciate the depth of flavor. I regret not taking pictures of the desserts because they looked so irresistible that we dove right in. They were all a delight, bursting with exquisite flavors.

What Lora Lind doesn't like about Ariete:
Terribly disappointing experience. We were seated right in front of the open kitchen, which made it quite chaotic and dark. Condensation dripped from the ceiling onto one of us, which was quite unpleasant. The outdoor seating looked much more inviting. The food was overpriced and did not live up to the hype. The venison was great, but the morel crostini was just okay. We were particularly disappointed with the house... View all feedback.
Ariete is always a good decision, it hasn’t let me down yet.
The food is outstanding and the service was great! I will be coming back for sure!
The staff is fabulous; knowledgeable about the menu and gracious. The food is great; with new items to keep things exciting
Absolutely fantastic experience! We had the duck, several appetizers, and everything was delicious. Our server was wonderful she even had the chef bring out a small Ariete version of grilled cheese for our little one! Would recommend trying this adorable restaurant 10/10!
Had an unplanned evening free in Miami and treated myself to dinner at Ariete. Superb, creative food; attentive service; warm and cozy ambiance. The oysters with bone marrow butter were plate-licking-worthy. The sommelier, Freya, was both knowledgeable and passionate, as well as a pleasure to chat with. Highly recommend.
