Arby's - Miami

The last two paintings I was the bark meat, was cut so thick that they might get 4-5 pieces on a classic roast beef! When I pointed out and asked for a replacement, I was told: “We can’t do anything about it, the slicer is not properly cleaned”So they clean it! absolutely no excuse.

The worst food ever!! Cold and terrible tasting had to throw it away. Will never eat there again.

I dont eat here alot, but I've never been disappointed when I have.

Placed a Doordash order for a small chocolate shake, medium Jamocha shake, crinkle fries, chicken nuggets, and jalapeño poppers with bronco berry sauce. I ended up with 2 vanilla shakes, curly fries, and no bronco berry sauce. They literally only got the chicken nuggets right. First and last time eating here.

We are Arby's regulars and we usually really enjoy the food. But on this visit, it was not meant to be. The service was ok at the speaker and at the window. Not bad service, but nothing above average. When we got our food, we set off on the highway to drive home (just over an hour away). Started with my crinkle fries. They had good flavor and good salting (I like salty fries), but they were luke warm at best and not crispy. Then, my bacon ranch chicken sandwich was also barely warm and the chicken patty. I am no exaggerating when I say the patty was BARELY 1/4 thick. It was SO thin and it was like chewing leather. Sadly, this was not a good visit for us. ???
