Did not give the right order and when I went in to get the items not included I was made to feel like they had given me all the items and I was simply lying about aomething being missing. All the fried foods tasted overcooked. TheSliders are in open boxes and it is disgusting that the sauces I asked for (which I was also made to feel like it was somethingspecial to get any sauces) were thrown on the open sandwiches.... and stuck to the food. Those sauces were touched by uncleanhands and put on our food. We decided nit to eat those sandwiches, a waste of food and money. Will most likely not return hereagain. If memory serves this kind of complaint was last time as well.

They also served me the wrong sandwich, and the slider I received was old and stale. When I went back to address these issues, the manager was unprofessional and seemed offended by my complaints. I won't be returning.

I visited on a Tuesday night close to closing time, around 10:50 PM, and since they advertise closing at 11 PM, I expected to place an order. When I reached the drive-thru, the staff refused to take my order, claiming they close at 10:45, which is not accurate. They completely ignored us as we tried to place our order, which was very disappointing. I understand wanting to finish up early, but if a customer arrives, they should be served.
