I had several problems with this establishment, but that was my break and I won't go back. Today I found out they use sprinkles that are not vegan. the sprinklen have dish in them that is not vegan and this is a fully vegan bakery. when I asked myself, the worker checked the ingredient list for her sprinkles and confirmed that they did not use vegan sprinkles. the owner was in the bakery and didn't even come on the phone to talk to me. what honestly would not have thought about it because the customer service she gives is terrible. once I put an order for a cake and when I went to pick it up, she had overlooked my email confirming my payment so that she never made the cake. she told me she could have done it within a few hours, but I was on the way to the event I needed it for and that would have been too late. the hours are constantly changing in this device without warning. I have shown several times because the opening times of the shops said they were open, but they were not actually. Finally, they are often out of stock or low. I wish I could give 0 stars, but it won't leave me.

For several years I always order a unique cake and every time they deliver. it was never disappointed. little expensive, but as they say, you get what you pay for. worth the money, from her cake to her baked. they are all soouo tasty.
