100 Montaditos - Miami

This was simply the worst customer service I have experienced in a restaurant over the past 10 years. The woman who worked the pick-up counter was nothing but rude, gave us dirty appearance when we tried to confirm that our order was our, and spoke no word English. After asking politely in Spanish that I do not understand and ask to get someone who speaks English, she refused and gave me continued dirty appearance and speak with me in a declining tone. It's a shame, the food is delicious, but I'll never come back here after I've been treated. Spend your money elsewhere.

Like in Southern Europe, but in sotuhern Florida. Large tapas, tortillas, latlas, beer and classic Montadito, a snack sandwich with hundreds of filling options.

Nowadays the quality of the place has decreased, there is no music, the atmosphere is very sad, and the attention to a colored furry dog? is very, very bad, the truth is that I think this business will not last long with this attention. Muy Mala calidad

I really love the food and concept of this place. If I were rating only the food, I?d give it 5 stars! Nonetheless, I always have a bad experience with the staff at the London Square branch. Most of them are young kids who have no desire or concept of treating customers. I went once on a Saturday night 45 minutes before closing with a party of 5. The young lady at the counter advised us to hurry with our orders because they were closing in 45 minutes! That was just ridiculous, the food there takes 10 minutes to prepare for goodness sakes! Needless to say, we left! On another occasion, we ordered some sandwiches which come with complimentary chips. They gave us 4 chips! I told my husband to go and ask if he could buy some additional ones and the man at the counter refused to sell us any additional ones but refused to give us more ?complimentary? ones as well. The staff here never j is anything about the menu and are usually completely lost. I am aware this is not a 5 star restaurant but there are things that should be basic customer service!
