Ordered online for pick up at 1150 am per the app, order end up being ready 12:20 pm, q couple of employees having conversation and not work being done, as a plus I made some changes to my order online, like an extra shot of coffe extra caramel and they are not free add up, that they were not meet and when I asked to correct the order they actitud it was so disrespectful and unprofessional that I decided just to leav... The staff is very nice and this location is one of the top Locations to get a brown sugar espresso! They really know how to make it excellent every time .
Just came here today it’s my birthday. There was an employee there named Zach. Zach’s customer service is on point and very good. More Starbucks need individuals like Zach!

Great area. Roads are very busy between 8am and 9am.
