Papa John's Pizza - Miami Springs

The crust was outstanding, and the cheese and sauce were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Everything was delicious, but the cinnamon pull-aparts were overcooked.

I placed a delivery order that never arrived. When I called to inquire about it, they claimed it had already been delivered, providing a description of a house that didn't match mine. The manager offered to redo the order for pickup, which I accepted, but they refused to refund the delivery and tip fees. To make matters worse, they accused us of lying about the pizza not being delivered and insisted on proof that the delivery driver never showed up. For context, we order pizza from them regularly and are easily able to afford a $20 pizza, so that accusation felt utterly ridiculous. Then they said they would send the driver back to my house again, but without a replacement pizza. I have no idea what the point of that was. I'm still waiting for him to arrive. The customer service was poor, and I'm appalled by the manager's attitude. They've lost me as a customer.

This is an excellent Papa John's location! I always visit this place, and it never disappoints.

You can never go wrong with a delicious pizza! I stopped by to pick up a pizza to-go. The place was quite busy, but they still made the pizza fresh to order.
