I visit this particular Wingstop quite often, and depending on the time of day, there might be a bit of a wait. However, as long as my order is correct, I'm generally satisfied. The wings are absolutely delicious! I've also noticed that most of the other customers waiting are quite friendly, which adds to the overall experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
I called and spoke to a young lady who said she could assist me. However, I didn't mind driving from Fort Lauderdale to Miami Gardens, even after waiting for 25 minutes on hold. I tried calling four times with no response. If they had switched to an online ordering system, they should have communicated that. This location is always very busy. Many repeat customers. I have not tried the wings there but all the customers say it's the best.
If you're looking for a place that you can recommend to your enemy then this is your place!The staff is Viciously Disrespectful towards doordash drivers, customers and each other.It took them 52 minutes to get my order, not 5, not 10, 52!!!I asked them 4 times if my order was ready and they just kept saying not yet. Eventually after my patience gave up and I spoke to the manager (rude Young Lady with long hair) they finally started making my order.TLDR: crazy long wait, staff fighting with everyone, disrespect and belittling.
WOW! Absolutely stellar. Love their wings, super quick service and the girl at the front was friendly and suggested we buy their boneless wings. These were tasty albeit a bit pricy but they are quality! Will definitely be coming here again!
Called the restaurant on 6/13/22 10:40pm I wanted to place a order while i was leaving work in broward County which this location is miami where i live so the food can be ready. A young lady answered the phone and said only online order and delivery orders so I responded ok then I said what time you close but before I could ask that she hung up. So I said maybe she didn't hear me so I called back and she said it again answering the phone with hanging up saying online and walk in orders only and hanging up the phone. But I want to know what time they close so I won't get off i-95 and they be closed by that time I get there to place my order . So everytime I call it was the same thing till I guess she was annoyed and another staff answered and she actually waited until I asked the question but she was acting as if she couldn't hear me but I got the question answered . Which was what time they closing. The people they hire have no customer service and it be these young individuals that don't have morals I blame the manager cause they don't inservice these staff. And they working for the person who own this company to make money not knowing the staff they hire not meeting good customer service skills and loosing them money. Good customer service and good food keep the customers coming back PERIOD!!! and it be are own kind (African American) that's why we can't prosper as people.
