Smoothie King - Miami Gardens

We went to the next to this smoothie king, and it was 7:30 and there was a song on the door, that said closed No Staff.. And when I looked inside, there were 3 employees who did nothing. I knocked and nobody looked around. I guess they don't want to work

They make good smoothies but they're never open on time. 5 stars for smoothies and 2 stars for never being open on time. It's 7:45 and it's no one here smh. This location opens at 7am except for the weekends

I got sick from an unblended smoothie strawberry mango and it also tasted salty. I spoke to a manager Kat today and even though I purchased in the app I have no receipt proof. This is petty to receive a refund I have to call the cooperate office. Go to the location 3 miles from here in Hialeah It?s workers are Hispanic good service and fast and better smoothies! Very disappointed I spoke to a black male manager in the past was very nice. This girl I don?t know where her service comes from horrible It was bought on 12/30 11:40 am busy Friday !!

This location needs more employees. I literally waited 30 min for a smoothie that takes 5 min to make. It should have been free for the amount of time I wasted. I come to this location often due to the drive thru but the wait was to long. I'm still waiting for my smoothie. The drive thru line is getting longer with more ppl becoming tired of waiting and leaving....
