Mcdonald's - Miami Gardens

This restaurant is a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast. The customer service is always excellent and the establishment is well-organized.

Horrible wait time, I was waiting in the drive thru line for more than 10 min just to place my order, and It took 15 more minutes to give me the order. Something that shows take only 10 min max.

Always love their sausage mcmuffin with egg along with the hashbrown and juice. Near perfect breakfast! Crunch, flavors, hot, filling!

Very disappointed in the food I was given. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, I should?ve checked before I drove off, but the sandwich was dry and burnt. You can literally throw the chicken like a ball it?s just that hard and it will injure someone. Getit together McDonald?s. Not good service today.

The manager in the white shirt was very rude to me 7/6/22 3:00pm. She yell at me the entire time because I couldn?t redeem my points after I had already redeemed some points 15 min earlier.She told me I had to wait 15 min the first time which I did.Sheneeds to be fired! I was humiliated in front of my son.she did not care for absolutely anything I was trying to say.All theemployees came looking in the window to see what was going on as if I was the problem.I asked her why is she yelling at me.Themasked where is the GM.I asked what?s her name and she told them to close the window on me! This is store number 6204. I can?tget through to corporate! And ppl like her should not be a leader.She needs to be fired.
