The food is terrible and the customer service non existent. I picked up chicken strips at the drive through and couldn't eat them because of how terrible they were, they were also the size of nuggets. When I took them back another day the manager didn't want to give me a refund and called me a liar because i wasn't given a receipt. The strips were in the the bag just like they were given to me. This place has gotten so much better the food is always amazing and hot and tasty if they could just tackle the drive through layout this place would be 10/10

It turned into an altercation because he was being such an a . I have always preferred Popeyes and after this experience will never visit KFC again. The Popeyes strips are big, savory, hot and juicy; everything these were not.
It is raining a lot and there were leaks from the ceiling and water was falling. They should improve the quality of service and the food, everyone's taste.Kid-friendliness: Pollo nuggets
The service is horrible, and the food is not that great depending on the day. I cannot for the life of me understand why people work a job they hate. The employees typically seemed to be depressed. They should just close this one or rebrand with a new staff.
