Contribute FeedbackAlley is a restaurant with a hit-or-miss reputation, as noted by multiple diners. While some found their experience underwhelming due to poorly cooked pizzas and small portions, others raved about the delicious neapolitana style pies and impressive menu options. The atmosphere is described as cool and cozy, with great service and a location that adds to the charm. Overall, some patrons left disappointed by the food and service, while others had a delightful experience and would gladly return for the fantastic pizza and warm atmosphere. Ultimately, whether Alley is a hit or miss may depend on individual tastes and expectations.
The service is ok nothing special, and eating was not good
Great service Nicest wait Apps of calamari, olives, meatball and aggplant were perfect Pizza very good ..love brick oven but found pizza itself just a bit soggy with a very well done crust ..would go back
Pizza ok. Some appetizers tasteful. Very noisy and more of a diner vibe. better pizza and better prices elsewhere.
The service was average, nothing exceptional, and the food was poor.
We recently visited the Alley for the third time and unfortunately, our experience was not as great as before. My pizza was not cooked properly, as it seemed to have been cooked at too high of a heat for too short of a time. The edges were burnt and black in some places, while the middle was soggy and uncooked. I couldn't even eat it. However, I was not charged for the meal and was offered a replacement, but I believe a pizza in a pizza restaurant should be perfect every time. It was disappointing, especially since our previous visit had been enjoyable with delicious pizzas. Perhaps there was a different chef this time.
