Subway - Miami Beach

Okay my first trip to the shop they tried to charge me almost $9 for a $6 sandwich. He admitted his mistake and gave me the sandwich at the right price. My second trip to the shop I ordered a steak egg and cheese which is supposed to be $6 plus tax..... So they made my sandwich and then said they didn't have egg so, I said okay, put an extra scoop of steak on it to make up for the fact that you don't have any egg....Since you already made my sandwich. Then, he kind of hesitated and then some girl that was just sitting there in the lobby said, that it will be an $8 sandwich plus tax for it's only steak and cheese.... I don't know what world they live in where they can charge the customer More For Less but I told him keep the sandwich I'm not going to pay more for less and walked out. It just doesn't make sense that a steak egg and cheese sandwich is less expensive then a steak and cheese sandwich.... Be careful... watch your wallets when you go in the shop. First stop, shame on me.... Second stop shame on you..... never will I go there again and never will I recommend this location.. Sobe Life........

Would give negative stars. Brought friends. Paid for our subs. Asked for cup for water. Was denied cup. After 6 times being denied, asking for cup, for water, by manager. An employee handed me 2 cups for water. She implied the manager insist she charge me for 2 sodas. Cost over $4 to get a cup of city water. After i paid for multiple subs. Absolute worst Subway Ever. Worst management. Contacted subway corporate. They stated owner would respond. Owner never responded. Not to mention. Place was filthy. Try the chicken place next door.

Very poor management,and lack of customer service. As a concierge from a nice hotel near by, I was impressed with the manager ,and his lack of everything. There will be more that 100 foot long subways that you don t to sale in 2020, plus my customers , who will not be recommended to visit that store. Checking different options ,and franchises. I do not take your customers , somebody else will do it.

Super super slow the worker I went at around 10pm. He doesn?t know how to multitask. It took me 15 mins to wait and I was the second person. Until the other person?s food was getting prepared in oven, he didn?t even took my order. He was like first let me done with one customer. That?s not how to work at subway.

I buy cookies from here alot and they’re usually delicious however.... this morning my cookies tastes like they were left in the fridge overnight with other food thats what my cookies taste like....
