What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The service at this restaurant was not very good. I asked for Pike coffee, but I received warm dark coffee instead. Initially, they insisted that it was Pike coffee until one of the staff members confirmed that it was dark coffee. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience. View all feedback.

Love this location. Nari is fabulous and always gets my drink perfectly right!
It would take ages to get a cup of coffee from this branch of Starbucks. There were only two employees working, one preparing the beverages and the other dealing with maintenance. It's obvious that they're short-staffed and can't even pre-order here.

Worst cappuccino ever and rude staff. Starbucks should close this location, seriously.
