The food was amazing and the service was great-until it wasn’t. We ordered desert and they forgot about us. No refills on water or coffee. After almost 20 minutes I waved down waiter. He said sorry and dessert would be complimentary. After 15 more minutes-and no water or coffee refills-again waved over waiter and said we wanted to leave. He didn’t apologize or even come back! What Ioanna Pirigkou doesn't like about OLA at Sanctuary:
I havent been to this place since covid. Unfortunately, it has completely changed. Food is very mediocre. Even the pandebono bread that used to be the highlight, is no longer that tasty. Lunch menu was very limited and every plate we got was fair..very sad this place cut so much in quality. Service was very good at least. Not recommended for lunch! View all feedback.
We had a pleasant dinner outside. Near a very busy road, but set back, so it was good. The waiter and the staff were very nice and attentive. Mixto Ceviche and blue cocktail are excellent!
The ambiance of this restaurant is stunning and the food went above and beyond my expectations. The flavors and dishes were truly excellent, with innovative touches that set it apart from the rest.
Unfortunately overestimated. The tuna did not say tartars, but was definitely undercooked. The other fish was okay, but nothing special. The special fish, grouper, was nothing special and very expensive. I really look forward to this restaurant because it was close to and was very rated, but it disappointed. Dinner for 2 was $130 without app, alcohol or dessert.
Extremely friendly service, and the food was very flavorful. Great setting as well.
Staff very friendly and attentive. Our waiter gave us excellent recommendations especially since we had not had this type of Latin food before. Would recommend.
