Monty's Sunset South Beach

One of my favorite places to go to when visiting Florida!Food is great, location and views are amazing also when your done eating all that delicious food you can walk along the board walk until the end, which is the start of Miami Beach!Happy hour is at I believe 430pm or 5 can't remember lol, half price oysters! Yumm.

Great as always...drinks are all day long.... cheers...nice place to chill out before going to bed....nice appetizers....love you guys you keep on being one off my favorite....

This place definitely has some nice views, a pool, as well as a cool tiki-style bar. The happy hour prices are some of the best I've seen so far and the menu selection is large enough to accommodate most people.I ordered some non-traditional sushi and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and filling it was. Their apps are also great; I recommend the coconut shrimp.As with most places I've visited so far in Miami, expect to receive fair, not great service. It usually takes a long time to get a bartender or server's attention so I recommend placing drink orders at the same time as apps. Another recommendation is to not order your entrees and apps at the same time as they come out in incorrect order.

A few weeks ago, after spending the day on the boat, we were seated at a table right by the pool. We ordered two drinks, and soon after, a lady (who I later learned was the manager, Caroline) approached us to inform us that we couldn’t sit at that table unless we ordered food. Caroline, I must say, your food is just average! We've tried almost everything on the menu, and aside from one or two dishes, the food is forgettable. I encourage you to focus on improving the quality of your food rather than monitoring who is spending money when your establishment is mostly empty. Also, a piece of advice: your location is convenient, so consider using some common sense and keep the pool open until dawn during the summer. This would attract more customers and boost your sales. Lastly, it might be beneficial for you to take some management classes to enhance your people skills. Remember, it’s not just about what you say, but how you say it.

This is a fantastic place for bar food and delicious drinks. There are plenty of fans and a pool to help you cool off. The staff could be a bit slow, but overall it's a great experience.
