The veggie pizza with vegan cheese was good, but had to be eaten with a fork and knife cuz the crust was soggy under the toppings. The server told me they haven't had vegan sausage in forever, so I'm not sure why its still on the menu. Service was pleasant, but slow, but they were busy as well. I asked if I should try the vegan gnocchi with pesto, and the server told me that the veggie pizza was better. View all feedback.
Neopolitan pizza at its best is such an understatement. We have a favorite place at home and this place def beat it! In a place where the food options are unlimited, La Leggenda stays focused on its quality. Miami is very lucky to have such a gem!
Sal, our waiter, is most passionate about his food, and provided great details about Neapolitan style eating. We enjoyed his lessons and the pizza even made a great lunch the next day, unlike lots of pizzas. The crust is thin, airy, melt in your mouth manna. Thanks for a wonderful night!
The pizza crust, toppings and cheese were well proportioned and delicious. They boast several competition awards for pizza at international competitions. The wood fire oven and furnishings and decorations created a comfortable atmosphere. They also have terrific espresso and a nice selection of wines.
This is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in the US. The food was fantastic and the servers were so friendly. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was seriously incredible! I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Miami.
Absolutely incredible doesn't even begin to describe...everything was awesome...quality of food...the service...and the staff. Folks were out the door waiting for a table. We know why it was rated #1 pizza in Miami! We will be back. A new favorite when visiting South Beach!
