Burbowl - Miami Beach

The food at this restaurant is great, but the service is awful. There is no care for hygiene and the staff handling food and cash are not wearing hair nets. Someone even painted their nails at the cash register. I do not recommend this place.

I wish I could give this place a negative 10 rating. I don't know what the deal is when it comes to cleanliness in the world, but all of these food establishments seem to hire people who don't have good hygiene. I went a few weeks ago and saw a waitress who wiped her nose with her hand or apron, I can't remember which. That should have been a red flag, but I figured they were just busy and overlooked it since they didn't actually prepare the food I was going to eat. Tonight, I went back and saw all of the staff sitting around looking like they hadn't showered in days. The chef handed me my food and his nails were filthy. I have no intention of returning. Some things should be common sense, like being clean and professional. The standards for handling food should not be overlooked. It's no big loss though, the food wasn't that great anyway. I ended up giving it to a homeless person.

The only positive aspect of this restaurant was the service provided by the staff. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was overly sweet and the portion size was disappointingly small. The burger was soggy and the shake was basically just milk and ice in a cup, lacking any additional flavors like chocolate. Overall, the dining experience was underwhelming and not as advertised.

Good food. Definitely need a bit more staff, but given the current tight labor market do not fault anyone. The single team member that was working up front was efficient. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Will be back.

Sheesh!These are fantastic burgers. We had the Judy smashed and Bandida with a order of truffle fries. I’d eat these all the time if I lived close. These are all about option. From this Redneck from VA… this is a great spot.
