The Bleau Bar is the vibrant heart of the renowned Fontainebleau Hotel, and the bartenders put on quite a show. The drinks were prepared promptly and tasted fantastic! However, we found the mojito a bit too sweet for my wife's preference. The manager, Will, was incredibly attentive and understanding, handling the situation like a true professional. It's refreshing to see that great management still exists in Miami Beach. My wife can be quite challenging, but Will managed to turn her frown into a smile. I will definitely bring my friends and family for pre-dinner cocktails at the Bleau Bar, purely based on their exceptional service. Keep it up, Will and your fantastic staff! Everyone should check it out! By the way, Dalila is stunning! Thanks again!

The atmosphere, the vibe, the drinks, and the music are all top-notch! I recently visited while celebrating at the Fontainebleau, and my experience was truly remarkable. This bar had everything I was looking for all in one place. The General Manager, Will, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect; he helped me make reservations at all the restaurants and even escorted my friends and me to make sure we were well taken care of. I felt like a VIP, haha! I highly recommend stopping by the bar—Marissa was an outstanding bartender, and I must mention her delicious espresso martini, which was the perfect way to kick off the evening.
