Raw Juce - Miami

After my visit, I reached out to Raw Juce about my experience and was promised $50 in credits to try them again. However, the credits never arrived and my follow-up inquiries went unanswered. This negative experience left a lasting impression on me. It's inexcusable. On the bright side, there is plenty of competition in the area to explore instead. I'm happy to try out other places, just not with this particular business.

I ordered an Acai bowl at this restaurant, and even though it was slightly more expensive than others, it was delicious.

I ordered the Power Acai bowl without honey. Honestly, it's one of the best acai dishes I've ever had, if not the best. However, the staff were misinformed about their menu items and claimed that they were completely vegan, despite serving honey.

After my visit, I received a survey from Raw Juce about my experience. I completed the survey and received a thoughtful response offering $50 in credits to try Raw Juce again. Unfortunately, the $50 credit never arrived, and my follow-ups went unanswered. This turned a negative experience into a truly horrible one, making it impossible for me to support them again. Thankfully, there are plenty of other options in the area to choose from. Happy juicing to all, just not with this establishment! #Veganuary
