What User doesn't like about Aubi Ramsa Miami Design District:
Pros: the ice cream was creamy and delicious, it was also very boozy, the menu had a good selection.Cons: pricey for a tiny bit of ice cream, but it's a touristy area and anything with booze always costs more. View all feedback.

Ordered an old fashioned and highland truffle eis and both were good. old fashion was vanilla based and highland truffle was for the chocolate lovers, as it is choc with choc chips. highland truffle is the perfect balance of aromen. you can taste the alcohol, but he's not overlaid. the chocolate taste really fits the macallan. will be back to try new aromen, but these two recommend.
Great service. It felt really cool to be in a bar set and served ice cream! If we see if we can be sent to California because it was so good!
An ice cocktail bar?! Discover this jewel in a small hidden corner of the Miami Design District. I see that they actually have a few other locations in Miami, and it's such a cool concept. All ice sorbets have alcohol in them, so you must be 21 to enjoy these treats. The room is designed like a genuinely fancy cocktail bar and the menu is organized by the type of fleet that is infused in the ice (Ginne, Tequila, Bourbon, Champagne, etc.). There are so many tasty flavors and fun concoctions to choose. P.S. Most of their sorbets are vegan friendly. At first I tried to make the Strawberry Rosé with Veuve Clicquot rosé St. Germain. It was so refreshing! My next visit, I went for the Passion Fruit Margarita made with Casamigos Blanco tequila also amazing! I like that they do not use cheap liqueurs and you can actually cost it in the ice, but it is not exaggerated. You have mastered the balance. Her brand packaging is also absolutely stunning. You can order with the only portion (approx. $9) or by the pint. Both come in luxurious cylindrical containers with gold-metal tops. You open it for you to enjoy there or you can take it home. These would make so big gifts and also send them!
