The food came quickly as it shoul... read more I needed a mid-afternoon snack to take me through to supper. This BK is located inside BP gas station truck stop on Mound Rd . The food came quickly as it should since no one was here at this time. I was a little bit surprised about te cost though . I paid $7.20 for a Jr Whopper meal . Is that pricey ? I think so . But the thing that got me was that the bun was stale , the meat pattie could not have been any thinner . This burger should be on the value menu . I give the Jr Whopper here 2 thumbs down . On the plus side , great parking and a drive thru and this store is very convenient. Jump off Mound and easy back on . Try and see if you do better . Order the Whopper or Chicken sandwich maybe . Also , the fries were good and hot but needed salt .

Update as of 5 mins later they are in here arguing loud as hell in front of customers inside.

He wouldn 't allow u... read more Always an enjoyable trip to the drive thru. The cashier was super nice and friendly. The gentleman worker that worked tonight was horrible. He wouldn 't allow us to redeem in restaurant codes. Said the location doesn 't do that. Except we 've gone there before and they have. He was to busy flirting with other customers we weren 't able to get our order right and they refuse to answer the phone too rectify our problem. Definitely turned my stomach on the whole location.

Went to the drive thru ordered chicken sandwich, fries, fish sandwich, onion rings. Went to the window, paid, and few minutes later received my bag. I mentioned that was really quick. Went home and went to get my chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were rock hard and cold the supposed chicken sandwich wasn’t one. It was black and hard almost like a hamburger patty over cooked. Call the store and the woman said that they were closed. I said it’s 7:30pm on a Saturday. She said “she’s been there all day and she’s leaving”. A little later my husband started to eat his fish sandwich and it was a little funny tasting. He ate half and stopped. At 2:30 am he woke up in severe belly pain and diarrhea. This later for a hour and a half. Can’t find who the owner is to contact them. This is really messed up. This so called chicken sandwich looks appetizing doesn’t it. Is it really chicken? Or meat patty.
