It is in a village in the province of Palermo. A memorable village where this pasticceria is. The sweet biscuit and the coffee is just great. The owner is an artist of baked and special cake. Easy to recommend.
In Mezzojuso for the Chestnut Festival, he drew me the stand of this bar, where the chef completed the preparation of a dessert: he had a bed of chestnut cream on a plate, and then garnished the dessert and garnished it with granella of almonds and cream of chocolate: a real delight for the palate, a taste never heard before. The next day I came back to taste the cannoli and also here I found the excellent quality not only of the ricotta cream, very fresh and sweet at the right point but also of the peels, production proper of the pastry, light, crispy, not greased. All another thing compared to certain industrial peels that know fried and do not digest well. In short, from now on, all the times I will pass from PA/AG, a deviation of two KM to Mezzojuso for the purchase of sweets will be obligatory!! !
