Of course, she won't come back.
My family and I ate there and eating took too long. it was too elegant and waiter were dressed as they were in a high-end restaurant. restaurant was too hot
Sanborns is a staple in and around Mexico. It is a quirky place with a huge variety of items that you can purchase from their gift store. As well, the food is delicious and what you would expect from a "Mexican restaurant. "The helpers are eager...to serve and it 's a generally quality experience. The noise factor and the reminder that it might be a little like a coffee shop makes it just average. The Sanborns in Mexico city near Bellas Artes is extraordinary!
So I went to this restaurant because it was close to the hotel. It was pretty slow. I ordered a beer and my food. That empty bottle and glass sat on the edge of the table nearly the entire meal. Finally I got his attention...to bring me another. He then took my plates and I indicated I was done and ready for my check. I timed it. 30 minutes later I finally got his attention to bring it. It then took another 5 minutes. Then another 5 minutes for change. I rarely walk out of a restaurant that furious.
The sanborn was formerly Dennys! the sanborn menu is more mexican. the service was ok and the food came cold.
